The Finished Mystery (Mistério Consumado) é um livro escrito em 1917, amplamente divulgado pela seita, o qual tenta explicar profecias de Ezequiel e no Apocalipse, com base em datas obtidas pelos cálculos da Pirâmide de Gizé.

PASTOR RUSSELL DEAD, BUT SPEAKING AGAIN
24:25, 26. Also, thou son of man, shall it not be in the day when 1 take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters. That he that escapeth in that day shall come unto thee, to cause to hear it with thine ears? – Also, in the year 1918, when God destroys the churches wholesale and the churches members by millions, it shall be that any that escape shall come to the works of Pastor Russell to learn the meaning of the downfall of "Christianity."
24:27. In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speak, and be no more dumb: and thou shalt be a sign unto them; and they shall know I am the Lord – Pastor Russell's voice has been stilled in death; and his voice is, comparatively speaking dumb to what it will be. In the time of revolution anarchy he shall speak, and be no more dumb to those that escape the destruction of that day. Pastor Russell shall be a sign unto them," shall tell them the truth about the Divine appointment of the trouble, as they consult his books, scattered to the number of ten million throughout Christendom. His words shall be a sign of hope unto them, enabling them to see the bright side of the cloud and to look forward with anticipation to the glorious Kingdom of God to be established. Then "they shall know the Lord."
Na pág. 485 [acima], um comentário de Ezeq. 24:25, 26 prediz a destruição de toda a cristandade em 1918. Eis a tradução da parte assinalada:

That the deliverance of the saints must take place some time before 1914 is manifest, since the deliverance of flesh by Israel, as we shall see, is appointed to take place at that time, and the angry nations will then be to be authoritatively commanded to be still, and will be made to recognize the power of Jehovah's Anointed. Just how long before 1914 the last living members of the body of Christ will be glorified, we are not informed; but it certainly will not be until their work in the flesh is done; nor can we reasonably presume that they will long remain after that work is accomplished. With those two thoughts in mind, we can approximate the time of deliverance.

And to them were given seven trumpets – Bugles with which to blow bugle-blasts of liberty from the oppressions of the papacy, leading up to and including the final blast of "Liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof" – Lev. 25:10.
8:3. And another angel. – Not the "voice of the Lord," mentioned in the precedent chapter, but the corporate body – the WATCH TOWER BIBLE TRACT SOCIETY, which Pastor Russel formed to finish his work. This verse shows that, though Pastor Russel has passed beyond the veil, he is still managing every feature of the Harvest work. The WATCH TOWER BIBLE TRACT SOCIETY is the greatest corporation in the world, because from the time of its organization until now the Lord has used it as His channel through which to make known the "Glad Tidings". – Z. The constellation of the seven stars forming the Pleiades appears to the crowning center around which the known systems of the planets revolve even as our sun's planets obey the sun and travel in their respective orbits. It has been suggested, and with much weight, that one of the stars of that group is the dwelling-place of Jehovah and the place of the highest heavens; that it is the place to which the inspired writer referred when he said: "Hear thou from thy dwellingplace, even from heaven." (2 Chron. 6:21); and that is the place to which Job referred when under inspiration he wrote: "Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?" – Job 38:31.
The constellation of the Pleiades is a small one compared with others scientific instruments disclose to the wondering eyes of man. But the greatness in size of other stars or planets is small when compared with the Pleiades in importance, because the Pleiades is the place of the eternal throne of God. EARTHLY RULERS
As we have heretofore stated, the great jubilee cycle is due to begin in 1925. At that time the earthly phase of the kingdom shall be recognized. The Apostle Paul in the eleventh chapter of Hebrews names a long list of faithful men who died before the crucifixion of the Lord and before the beginning of the selection of the church. These can never be a part of the heavenly class; they had heavenly hopes; but God has in store something good for them. They are to be resurrected as perfect men and constitute the princes or rulers in the earth, according to his promise. (Psalm 45:16; Isaiah 32:1; Matthew 8:11). O mesmo livro, a mesma página da edição de 1923. Nesta nova edição o "pastor" alterou as medidas da Pirâmide, de 3.416 para 3.457 polegadas, a fim de favorecer o cálculo da nova nata que é agora 1914. Fraudes como estas são muito comuns nos livros antigos da Torre de Vigia. Sempre erraram em seus esquemas proféticos, e para os justificarem sempre apelaram para a fraude.
